The construciton of a $57 million Civil Courts Building for downtown Fort Worth. This project will consist of approximately 209,000 square feet and is set to premier in the Fall of 2012.

Project Location: Meadow Brook is located at 2001 Ederville Rd S Fort Worth, TX 76103.
Natha Howell is located at 1324 Kings Highway Fort Worth, TX 76117.
Project Description:
FWISD Bid Package 01 is a $3 million dollar joint venture project with Vendigm and Azteca Enterprise. It is a renovation project of 2 schools, Meadowbrook Middle School & Natha Howell Elementary. The project is currently in progress and will be completed by mid December.
Men's Collection Store Renovation

Project Description:
Men’s Collection Clothing Store is a $860,000 project. It is a 16,000 sqft. renovation/remodel project of an existing building. Project is currently in progress and was completed in October 2010.

DFW Terminal A Temporary Facilities is a $1.5 million dollar project. The project consist of structural steel and concrete demolition. Project is currently in progress and will be completed in late December 2010.
JPS Hospital Trinity Springs

JPS Trinity Springs is a $303,000 renovation project. It will be a renovation of the psychiatric ward. Project is currently in progress and was completed in November of 2010.
Oncor McKinney Renovation
Project Location: This Project is located at 4600 Hwy 121, McKinney, TX 75070.
Project Description:
Oncor McKinney is $2.5 million dollar project. Vendigm was the general contractor for the 16,000 sqft. renovation project and also self performed the 75,000 sqft. parking lot. This project was completed in July of 2010.
UT Southwest Medical Center Parking Garages
Project Location: This project is located at Record Crossing Rd, Dallas, TX
Project Description:
UT Southwest is a $800,000 project. The project consist of 200,000 sqft. of structural concrete repairs at 5 of UT Southwest garages. Project is currently in progress and will be completed by mid December.
Fort Worth Bridge Repairs
Project Location: This project is located at various location throughout Fort Worth, TX.
Project Description:
Fort Worth Bridge Repairs is a $456,000 project. The project is 70,000 sqft. and involves 8 bridges at various locations. The project involves of epoxy coatings and deck repairs. The project is currently in progress and will be completed in mid December of 2010.
